Safe Lash Extension Removal
(Upper Lashes Only) Approx. 20 to 30 mins.
Eyelash
extensions MUST be removed by a qualified technician so as not to
damage the natural lashes. DO NOT under any circumstances attempt to
remove yourself. The glue is incredibly strong and requires a specific
glue remover to safely remove the lashes.
* Should you
have had your lashes applied by another technician (not 'Eyelash
Extensions Gold Coast'), we cannot guarantee our glue removers will
remove the lashes, pending on what glue was originally used to apply
them, however we are happy to try. We have had a 100% success rate to date.

* Appointment Cancellation Policy *
Due to several clients cancelling at the last minute, we now impose a cancellation policy. Please keep in mind that when you make an appointment, we reserve the whole half hour to hour (infills OR half set) or hour to hour and a half (full set) for you. Cancellation of your appointment greatly impacts on our daily scheduling (particularly any after-hours appointments which are naturally the most popular and tend to book out well in advance).
As a general courtesy, short of an emergency, we require 24 hours notice of cancellation (via phone call or text message, NOT email, as the email is not checked more than once a day), as this allows time to offer the appointment to another client who may be on the cancellation waiting list.
You are free to call at any time (including outside of trading hours), and if we are unable to take your call, please leave a message on the answering service.
